Custom products are made from the photo and instructions you provide. By placing an order, you confirm that you have permission to use the submitted photo.
Production begins after your photo and order details are confirmed. We send a preview before shipping. Because each item is custom-made, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production begins.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement, revision, or refund.
