Artwork preview

For custom portrait orders, Pet Days sends an artwork preview before shipping so you can review the direction before the keepsake leaves the studio.

Production and delivery

Production usually takes 10-15 business days after we confirm your pet photo and order details. Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. Estimated delivery is about 3-5 weeks after photo confirmation.

Time-sensitive gifts

If your order is for a birthday, holiday, or memorial date, contact Pet Days before checkout so we can help you choose the safest timing.

Custom order support

Need help choosing a photo, ordering for a memorial gift, or sending directly to a recipient? Contact Pet Days before production and we will help with the details.

Returns and changes

Personalized portraits cannot be returned for a change of mind after production begins. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number so we can review a replacement, revision, or refund when appropriate.
