Customization and Shipping Time

• Customization Time: Our custom products require approximately 15 days for production.
• Shipping Time: Once the product is completed, the shipping time is 7-10 days.
• The estimated time for the customer to receive the product is 22-25 days.

Order Tracking
If you have registered an account on our website, you can track your order and shipping information in your account. If you have not received the product, but the logistics order shows that the goods have been signed for, please contact us within 3 business days.
