Thank you for shopping with Pet Days. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Customized Products
Many Pet Days products are personalized and made to order based on the customer's uploaded photo, pet name, size, style, and customization notes. Customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started.
Production is considered started after we begin preparing the artwork, materials, or personalized design for your order. If we send a preview before shipping, reasonable revision requests related to the ordered design may be accepted before final production or shipment.
Please make sure your uploaded photo, pet name, shipping address, and customization details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is damaged during shipping, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item and packaging
• a brief description of the issue
After review, we will offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation, which may include a replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund.
Artwork Preview and Revisions
For custom artwork orders, a preview may be sent before shipping when applicable. Customers should review the preview carefully and reply with any reasonable revision requests. Color, texture, and small handmade details may vary slightly because each item is made individually.
Standard Non-Custom Products
For non-customized products, return or exchange eligibility shall follow the product page description. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Once a customized item has entered production, cancellation is generally not possible.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved for a non-custom item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
