Shipping & Return

Each Pet Days portrait is made to order. Production usually takes about 15 business days after we receive your pet photo and confirm the order details.
Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days after production is complete. Total delivery time is usually about 22-25 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD to eligible destinations. For orders under $99 USD, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each portrait is custom-made from the customer's photo, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind after production has started.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at petdays233@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, revision, or refund when appropriate.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be cancelled before production begins.
